A fabulous apartment in a wonderful location in the heart of the 1stArr. It’s located close to Place Vendôme and the Louvre, and just over a mile to the Champs-Élysées. The apartment itself is spacious, extremely clean, contains everything you need for a comfortable stay and possesses plenty of character. It also has a small lift which really helped with the luggage. The entrance is in a lovely small courtyard which also has a wonderful Italian restaurant, La Corte, which we would fully recommend. Communication before and during our stay was also excellent and although we didn't have any issues whilst we were there, it was good to know that help was at hand should we need it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris and wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same accommodation next time. ~ Julie R

This apartment was in the perfect location, literally a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower which meant I finally got to see the sparkling lights! The host was really helpful and allowed us to drop our bags off (we arrived really early) so that we could get to our first booking of our stay. It is decorated to a high standard - my teenage daughter really liked the 'warehouse style' basement level and has already told me we need to return with some of her friends. The kitchen has all you could possibly need to cook your own meals and is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Location was its an easy walk to the metro or some of the tourist sites. We found many lovely restaurants nearby. Will definitely choose this as our option for accommodation when we are next in Paris. ~ Nadine G

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Paolo. Il est très bien équipé avec une déco récente et moderne. Il est situé à proximité du métro et de la gare de l'Est tout en étant au calme. La vue depuis l'appartement est dégagée sur un square et sur le canal St Martin. Communication avec Paolo facile et agréable. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter. ~ Denis K

This place was mostly amazing. It is on the third floor with narrow stairs. It is smaller then us Americans are use to however the posting showed one queen bed and one sofa bed. When we arrived the sofa bed was replaced with another actual bed. This place is about a five minute walk from the metro station. There were some minor issues with the washing machine and communication with the owner which were never resolved however, overall it was a great experience. This place is on a family friendly street however very close to eating and gathering places. One other thing to consider is this place does not have AC which is very typical for Paris however the upstairs is much hotter then the downstairs. With the open window downstairs was very comfortable. ~ Natalie P

Superb apartment, modern, comfortable, clean and spacious in an excellent location. Tons of restaurants and entertainment venues 1 minute away from the apartment and of course a supermarket and bakery. Very easy access to public transportation. We were a couple with 2 big children (15), it was very comfortable and spacious for all. The only downside is the location on the 5th floor with no elevator but that's not a big deal at all too. The host is very available. The check-in process is simple and convenient. Highly recommend for families up to 4 people and also for couples because of the excellent location. There is a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer , WIFI and of course air condition, everything works great. Highly recommended. ~ Oren S

Bellissima casetta, molto accogliente, si vede che è tutto nuovo. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e in ordine, ci hanno messo a disposizione due asciugamani, shampoo e saponetta per le mani per ogni persona. In 4 persone c'è giusto lo spazio per tornare dalle gite e mettersi a dormire. Ma comunque la cucina è ben fornita. È vicinissima alla metro, perciò si può raggiungere qualsiasi posto. ~ Drea M

Our experience with GuestReady Paris was beyond our expectations. Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the Louvre and so many other exciting attractions. What makes this apartment stand out is the location, as it is is one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. Now let’s talk about what is behind the doors. The apartment is beautifully decorated with unique pieces of art, furniture and a library of great books. Some of the surprises were the amount of dish-ware, cleaning products, curling irons, extra bedding, everything you’d need to feel at home. The team that manages the space were so communicative and provided amazing resources for getting around and seeing the city. Highly recommend this place for your perfect Paris vacation! ~ Tracy B

Fantastic location, lovely house with a large TV and nice amenities. Perfect for a few days in Paris! Positive: The location was excellent, close to Place de la République, Subway and a lot of nice restaurants. The layout of the house was also good. Neat kitchen with everything you need. Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans un très bel appartement de GuestReady. Il était très bien équipé et joliment aménagé. La literie était de qualité. Bien situé et proche du métro. L’unique reproche serait qu’il n’y avait qu’une salle de bain et un wc pour un appartement pouvant héberger 6 personnes. Toutefois je recommande ce logement ~ Nicole D

The property is located on a small beautiful street in the heart of where you want to be. First floor walk up, the check in process was a breeze and the apartment was clean and very put together. Apartment is small just like anything in Paris but there is so much closet space and the way the room is set up made it very comfortable for 2 people and our gigantic luggage. Just on the street of the apartment we found our favorite coffee shop and two restaurants that we came back to multiple times. The metro, all the shopping and the beauty of people watching in a cozy cafe is all around the corner. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip and would highly recommend to friends and family. ~ oksana p

had an incredible stay at this Aironb in Paris! The location couldn't have been better — just a short walk to the iconic Notre-Dame Cathedral and super close to a metro station, which made getting around the city so easy. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of great cafés, shops and groceries store nearby. Communication with the host was excellent — they were responsive, helpful, and made everything super smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Paris with ease and comfort. I'd definitely stay here again! ~ Jonathan J

· The location is fantastic -- the heart of the Marais, right at the St Paul metro -- and the little courtyard it's in is adorable and so quiet and green. The studio itself is well equipped and cozy and clean and quite large for a studio. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and I was able to contact them whenever I had an issue. It feels very safe and very comfortable. The bathroom was great and the decorations are nice. The electric blinds make it very cozy and dark so you can sleep in and also feel very secure when you leave the apartment. The main drawback is that the bed is a couch which you have to open, but I found it perfectly comfortable. I'm not sure how great it would be for two people. ~ Agnieszka S

Le logement est très bien situé et est accessible par les lignes 1, 7 et 14. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits en famille, nous avons pu nous rendre à pied au Louvre et au musée d'Orsay qui sont vraiment tout proches. De plus la rue longe le palais royal. L'appartement possède tout le confort pour passer un bon séjour. Je le recommande. ~ Stéphane D

Un peu méfiant au départ car je ne connaissais pas. Au final c’est une conciergerie d’Airbnb. Prix très compétitifs avec de nombreux appartements possibles. Les échanges par e-mail sont très clairs et ponctuels.Le système d’état des lieux est simple et pratique. Bref je repasserai sans aucun doute par la plate-forme. ~ vincent m

Première location avec GuestReady et honnêtement, rien à redire. Les informations, claires et complètes, sont transmises en avance afin de pouvoir s'organiser. Le logement était propre (cuisine, salle de bain et literie) et bien équipé notamment dans la partie cuisine (cafetière, théière, grille pain, micro-ondes, vrais verres à vin...). Bref à refaire sans hésiter ! ~ Sophie O

I stayed for four months in Paris for my studies and was happy to be in the trustworthy hands of GuestReady. They were super responsive and whenever I needed something, they did their best to find solutions. I also needed the paperwork for my visa, new bank account and telephone, which they readily provided. I stayed at a prime location in Paris near Jardin des Plantes. The compound allowed for tranquility and privacy and yet it’s a 1-2 minute walk to the bus stops that would take me to the main tourist spots of Paris like the Louvre, le Marais and Saint Germain-des-Près. It’s very close to the shops, supermarkets, boulangeries and patisseries. With their supportive team, I will definitely book my stay with them the next time I’m in Paris. ~ Angel W

The apartment we rented through GuestReady was fantastic. Exactly as described, perfect for our needs. Loved the location, awesome large, clean bathroom with the best towel warmer we've ever seen. Compared to other air bnb apartments we've used, there was not as much stuff in the kitchen (like condiments and other basics), but we did more eating out than usual too so that was ok. We also had to go to a location many blocks away to pick up our key, but that wasn't a problem because the taxi stopped there and then took us on to the apartment. We were able to leave the key in the apartment upon leaving as the place we picked up the key from wasn't open early in the morning when we had to leave for the airport. I would rent again from GuestReady and am sad I could only stay a few days in Paris. ~ Sarah P

I was delighted by everything about this spacious apartment in the 11th Arr. I was traveling with my college-aged son and my six-year-old daughter. We had so much room and felt very secure in this neighborhood and in the building, in particular. Access to both the Voltaire Metro station and a bus stop made our Paris sightseeing very convenient. The kitchen is very well-equipped for any travelers who prefer to cook a few meals during their stay. I was surprised by how roomy the apartment was - the three of us had more than enough room. There are numerous restaurants, small grocers, and cafe's within a short walk. I would not hesitate to book this property again. The host was prompt to reply to any questions I had during our 4-night stay. ~ Mandy C

Good location, had good beds & sofa bed in living was good. Kitchen was properly equipped for self catering. Nice location - not far from centre and easy to reach. Given the main door opens into main street, you can hear vehicles in morning but doesn't really bother much. There was a small issue with kitchen hood and they fixed it within same afternoon - so great response time from Guest ready (agency that manages) / Host. Has a metro within 5 mins walk & has couple of supermarkets that is well stocked within 5 mins for any items needed for self catering. Will def recommend. In terms of any enhancements to the property - for the bathroom shower area a water stop at the bottom will help to help keep the rest of the floor without water. Again I wouldn't rate down property for this more of a good added improvement to a good place. ~ Narain &

Location, Location, Location! This Airbnb is in such a fantastic area. Less than 10 minutes to the Pompidou museum, 10 minutes to the Seine River, 15 minute walk to the Picasso museum, around the corner to the metro station, 15 minute walk to Shakespeare & Co, minutes from local supermarkets, and surrounded by many lively cafes. Self check-in & out was very easy, just make sure you read the instructions thoroughly. Wifi is fast. The Airbnb was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom, bedroom & kitchen were spotless. The appliances all worked and everything mentioned on the listing was available to use. It was incredibly hot in Paris and the Dyson fan provided was really appreciated! We stayed in this Airbnb for 10 days and it was perfect! I would definitely return & recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Paris. ~ Hannah M

Ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato e devo dire che non c'è un aspetto negativo si questo appartamento! Posizione ottima, centrale e fermata metro a pochi passi. Accogliente, provvisto di tutto il necessario e ben pulito! Un ambiente rilassante in cui riposarsi mentre si è in vacanza! Se dovessi tornare a Parigi cercherei ancora questo alloggio. ~ Elisa R

O apartamento da Stephanie foi simplesmente maravilhoso tudo que desejávamos em Paris, a poucos metros da Sacre Coeur, experiência divina. O espaço tinha um toque romântico, aconchegante, iluminação, uma visão para um jardim que ficará em nossa memória para sempre, a poucos metros de restaurantes e bares que gostaríamos de visitar e faremos agora em nosso retorno. ~ Claudine A
